Townly Cashback Offer Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Townly Cashback Offer (“Offer”). By participating, all claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Offer is brought to you by Forward Five Pty Ltd (ABN 59 634 898 383) (“Townly.com”).
Eligibility for the buyer cashback reward (“Cashback Reward”) only extends to buyers who enter into an unconditional contract with a 10% deposit to purchase in a participating project after first enquiring for that project through Townly.com (“Eligible Buyer”).
The Cashback Reward is applicable if an Eligible Buyer completes an unconditional contract with a 10% deposit on the participating project within 5 weeks from the time of the initial enquiry (“Qualifying Contract”).
Townly.com reserves the right to make determinations in relation to the Cashback Reward availability, and the satisfaction of the conditions for Eligible Buyers and Qualifying Contracts, including validating the conditions of the Qualifying Contracts.
The Cashback Reward will be transferred into the Eligible Buyer’s nominated bank account within 28 days of a Qualifying Contract fulfilling all eligibility criteria.
A limit of one Cashback Reward applies per Qualifying Contract.
Townly.com reserves the right to withdraw or substitute all or part of this Offer with another offer of equal or greater value at Townly.com’s sole discretion. Eligible Buyers will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Offer or an element of an offer has been substituted at equal or greater value.
Townly.com reserves the right to disqualify any persons that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.
Townly.com reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Offer at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if an event beyond the control of Townly.com affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer.
Any personal information that is collected in association with the Offer and or the Cashback Reward is collected subject to Townly.com’s Privacy Policy and participants agree to the use of their personal information in accordance with that Policy.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting all or any part of the Cashback Reward is the responsibility of the Eligible Buyer or recipient of the Cashback Reward.
The Cashback Reward will only be electronically transferred into an Australian bank account upon the Eligible Buyer’s full satisfaction of these terms.
To receive the Cashback Reward, the Eligible Buyer will be required to provide their Australian bank account name, BSB code, and account number. Townly.com accepts no responsibility if the Eligible Buyer submits incorrect bank account information and any Cashback Reward paid to an incorrect bank account may be forfeited.
